Privacy
What data the extension uses
The extension only stores the following information locally on the user’s device:
- Exam name entered by the user
- Exam date and time selected by the user
This data is saved using Chrome’s local storage API and is never transmitted to any server.
What the extension does NOT do
- Does not collect personal information
- Does not track browsing activity
- Does not use analytics or tracking tools
- Does not send any data to external servers
- Does not share data with third parties
All functionality runs entirely within the user’s browser.
Notifications
The extension uses Chrome notifications only to alert the user when their exam time has arrived. These notifications are generated locally and are not connected to any external service.
Data Control
Users can delete all stored data at any time by:
- Removing the extension from Chrome, or
- Changing the saved exam details inside the extension popup
