  • Step 1: Dial *234# on your Safaricom line.
  • Step 2: Select Option 5 (M-PESA Information).
  • Step 3: Select Option 1 (M-PESA Statement).
  • Step 4: Choose between Mini Statement (last 5 transactions via SMS) or Full Statement (sent via email).
