1: Enter Your Business Details

Include your email address so customers can reach you for inquiries. Add your KRA PIN number exactly as it appears on your tax registration certificate.
2: Set Your Receipt Number
Enter a unique receipt number for the transaction. You can use sequential numbering, date-based codes, or any system that works for your bookkeeping. The tool prefills a sample number based on the current year, which you can modify to match your existing receipt series.
3: Add Line Items
Describe each product or service in the description field. Enter the quantity sold and the unit price. The amount column updates automatically as you type. Click the plus button to add more rows for additional items. If you need blank rows for manual filling later, use the dedicated button to insert empty lines.
4: Configure VAT Settings
Decide whether to include VAT on your receipt. If your business is VAT-registered, keep the checkbox enabled and verify the rate displayed. Adjust the percentage if your business uses a rate different from the standard 16%. The subtotal, VAT amount, and grand total recalculate instantly.
5: Choose Copy Quantity
